Bagua Zhang
Exploration of your body connectivity through fluid, spiralling motions. Ba Gua translates as eight trigrams and is based on the ancient system of the i-ching, the art of change. It’s distinctive circlewalking footwork makes it the most cardiovascular of all internal martial arts.
Xingyi Quan
Known as Intention Boxing, this explosive martial art is based on the five elements and ongoing forward motion. Xingyi promotes the rapid development of power while strengthening the mind’s ability to get things done and go through any adversity to achieve a goal.
Qigong
